strawberry wine jelly
Really good doesn't taste of wine is so subtle. Easy to make great canning gift. For the strawberry juice i used fresh strawberries and let them drip through a jelly bag and it tastes great.

Ingredients For strawberry wine jelly

1 cwhite ziinfadel or sutterhomes strawberry wine

1 cfresh strawberry juice

3 csugar

3 ozliquid pectin
How To Make strawberry wine jelly

1Mix wine,juice and sugar together and bring to a boil. Add pectin and slow boil for 15 minutes. Skimming foam. Ladle into jars and process in water bath for 15 minutes.
