Ingredients For tomato cucumber dill dip or spread

  • 1/2
    cucumber peeled seeded and chopped
  • 3 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp & drained
  • 1 sm
    tomato seeded & chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated orange zest
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh dill or ( 1 tsp. dried dill )

How To Make tomato cucumber dill dip or spread

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl chill covered for at least 1 hour.

    Keep covered with plastic wrap to allow the flavors to develop.

    The dip can be made 2 days ahead of time. To serve stir well and serve chilled.
