Peanut butter and I have a love/hate relationship. I love it because it is all natural. I love it because it is protein-rich. I love it because it doesn’t have any saturated or trans fats. I love it because it makes everything taste better. I love it because, when combined with fiber, it is slow to digest and keeps you fuller longer. However, I hate the fact that no matter the brand or style, it is 80 calories a tablespoon. Have you measured out a tablespoon of peanut butter lately folks? Yea. Exactly. That’s why I hate it.
