This is my Aunt Polly's recipe. All of our family love it. This is for the fans of a warmer sauce. My husband hates the sweet salsa. Got to keep the man of the house happy.

tomatoes

cider vinegar

How To Make salsa

Combine all ingredents in food processor and grind. Put in hot jars. And water bath for 10 minutes. Makes 8 qts or 16 pints.
