My family loves this salsa, especially when the ingrediants come out of the garden. There's no exact rule to follow when making this, it's all to your taste. I use this also instead of salad dressing.

Ingredients For salsa

  • 24
    plum or roma tomatoes course chop
  • 16-18
    large jalapeno peppers seeds and vein removed, coarse chop
  • 1-1 1/2
    lg red pepper course chop
  • fresh cilantro (depends on your taste)
  • 1/2
    fresh lime
  • course sea salt to taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    minced garlic

How To Make salsa

  • 1
    Using food processor, puree tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cilantro.

    Add minced Garlic (I usally use about 2 TBS), squeese the juice from 1/2 lime, and salt to taste.

    Refrigerate about 1 hour.
