  corn kernels, fresh or frozen (i used trader joe's organic frozen that i defrosted under hot water)
• 1

  poblano chili de-seeded and chopped fine
• 1

  jalapenos, fresh de-seeded and chopped fine
• 1/2

  red onion, small chopped fine
• 1/3 can

  cilantro, fresh chopped fine
• 1

  juice of 1 lime
• 2

  tomatoes chopped into small pieces
