6 Tbsp

butter
1 1/4 c

firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c

heavy cream
1 tsp

vanilla extract
1/4 c

chopped pecans
pinch of salt

How To Make southern hard sauce

Cream the butter thoroughly, then beat in the sugar slowly until well blended

Add the cream,vanilla,nuts and salt and mix well.
