appleswashed& cored
1 c

water
1/4 c

lemon juice
1/2 c

honey
2 tsp

cinnamon
1 tsp

nutmeg

How To Make honey apple sauce

Wash & core apples cut into chunks .In a heavy pan cook apples with other indregrents for about 20 mins until apples are tender.

Drain in colander,put through a food mill or sieve if desired.Pour into jars 1/2 " head space boiling water bath 1/2 pts.15 mins pts. 30 mins.
