    dark dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 6 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh dill, finely chopped

    In a small bowl, mix the mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar to a paste.

    With a whisk slowly beat in the oil until it forms a thick mayonnaise-like emulsion.
