2 (15 oz) can

crushed tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can

tomato paste
1/4 c

olive oil
1 sm

vidalia onion -- diced
1 c

red wine
1 1/2 Tbsp

sugar
3 Tbsp

italian seasoning
2 Tbsp

roasted garlic -- minced
1 tsp

red pepper flakes

How To Make easy pasta sauce

Heat the oil and crushed pepper in sauce pan.

Add onion and garlic. Saute until translucent.

De-glaze with wine. Add crushed tomatoes and paste.

Bring to a simmer in your sauce pan and then move over to your crock pot.

Stir in your seasonings & sugar.

Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Cook for 4 hours on low heat.
