Ingredients For creole tartar sauce

  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    creole mutard
  • 3 Tbsp
    minced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground black pepper

How To Make creole tartar sauce

  • 1
    In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made up to 2 days ahead. Makes about 2 cups.
