This is one of my most used marinades it's easy and it gives meat such a great flavor.

Ingredients For sweet & sour marinade

  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make sweet & sour marinade

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients; stir well. Use to marinate beef or pork before cooking.
