Ingredients For port wine marinade

  • 1/2 c
    port wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce, dark
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, halved
  • 1
    bay leaf

How To Make port wine marinade

    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients;stir well. Cover and chill.
