I have no idea where I got this recipe from but I have used it for years. The last time it was brushed on our Cornish Game Hens at Thanksgiving.

Ingredients For chicken or pork marinade

  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 2 tsp
    tarragon, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    white wine worcestershire..i use lea & perrins marinade for chicken
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced

How To Make chicken or pork marinade

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and brush on the chicken or pork the last 15 minutes. It works great on the grill.
