Ingredients For tomato mincemeat

1 ptchopped, green tomatoes

1 1/2 ptchopped, tart apples, peeled and cored

3 cgranulated sugar

1 lbraisins
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspallspice
-
1 tspcloves
-
1/4 cvinegar
How To Make tomato mincemeat

1Combine all ingredients in large saucepan and bring to a rapid boil, and simmer until thick , about 25 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. No water bath necessary.

2Store on pantry shelf- After opening store in refrigerator.
