Ingredients For my cranberry sauce

  • 12 oz bag
    cranberries
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice, unsweetened
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 sm
    apple ( peeled and grated) (any kind)
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    orange peel grated fine
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How To Make my cranberry sauce

  • 1
    Mix juice, water and sugars in a pot. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally.

    Carefully add cranberry's , apples, orange rind, cinnamon and ground cloves
  • 3
    Bring to boil and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Remove from stove and add vanilla. Stir and let cool completely Refrigerate.
