Ingredients For tzatziki sauce

2 cyogurt, plain

1 mdcucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

1/8 tspkosher salt

4 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspcorn oil
-
1 Tbsppeanut oil

1 Tbspolive oil

2 tspred wine vinegar
-
3peppermint leaves, minced
How To Make tzatziki sauce

1Place the yogurt in a tea towel, gather up the edges, suspend over a bowl and let drain for 2-hours in the refrigerator.

2Place the finely chopped cucumber in a tea towel and squeeze to remove the liquid, discard liquid. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained yogurt, cucumber, salt, garlic, oils, vinegar and mint.

3Best if covered and chilled overnight to let the flavors meld. Stir well before serving. Will keep up to a week.
