This is a very light dressing you can use on any salad..refreshing on a hot summer day..

sugar free strawberry preserves
1/4 c

balsamic vinegar
1/4 c

dijon mustard
1/2 tsp

1 tsp. grd. pepper
1/2 c

olive oil

How To Make strawberry vinaigrette dressing

In a medium bowl using a wire whisk whip together the preserves, vinegar, mustard and pepper until thorughly blended. Gradually whisk in 1/2 cup olive oil then water. Add more if desired. Chopped Walnuts optional. Makes 2 1/2 Cups
