Ingredients For magic mayo

  • 2/3 c
    condensed milk
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    oil or melted butter
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • few grains cayenne pepper

How To Make magic mayo

  • 1
    Place ingredients in blender or beat with hand mixer. Mix until thick. Place in fridge to chill before serving.
