dressing essentials: rumbustious russian dressing

Recipe by

This is my recipe for Russian Dressing. It has many of the usual suspects, when it comes to ingredients, and one or two others that give it its distinct flavor. A few years ago, I added some freshly chopped tarragon, and never looked back. But, tarragon is a distinctive spice, and some people do not like the taste of it, so I made it an optional ingredient. I will just say this... If you like Russian dressing, you will LOVE this version. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

This recipe should last for 2 – 3 weeks in fridge. Just make sure it is in a tightly-sealed, non-reactive jar. So, make just enough to last for 2 or so weeks.
