Ingredients For creamy lemon dressing

  • 4 tsp
    lemon zest,
  • 1/3 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 3 clove
    minced garlic
  • 2 tsp
    dijon style mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How To Make creamy lemon dressing

    In a small bowl combine lemon zest, lemon juice,garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Slowly whisk in olive oil until thickened. Then whisk in sour cream.
