    #1 BLEU CHEESE DIP ½ cup sour cream ½ cup mayonnaise ½ cup crumbled bleu cheese 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or plain white vinegar 1 clove garlic finely minced Blend in food processor until smooth. Refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Will keep in refrigerator for up to one week.

    #2 TARTAR SAUCE 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon sweet pickle or dill relish 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh onion Salt & Pepper to taste Mix together in bowl, cover and refrigerate at least one hour until ready to serve.

    #3 COCKTAIL SAUCE 1 cup ketchup (I use Hunt’s) 1/3 cup horseradish (more if you like it extra tangy) 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce or to taste Celery salt to taste Garlic powder to taste (optional) Mix until well blended, store covered in refrigerator at least one hour until ready to serve

    #4 SWEET & SOUR SAUCE ½ cup brown sugar 1 tsp salt ½ cup vinegar 1-½ tbsp cornstarch 4 tsp catsup ¾ cup pineapple juice 1 cup crushed pineapple A few drops red food coloring (optional) Mix cornstarch and pineapple juice in a sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients. Stir over medium heat until sauce thickens Add more water if sauce needs thinning or more cornstarch if sauce is too thin Place in glass jar and store in fridge. Heat in microwave or saucepan when ready to use

    #5 HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING 1 cup Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip) ½ cup prepared mustard (preferably Dijon or spicy brown) ½ cup honey ½ cup oil ¾ cup vinegar (apple cider or red wine) ½ tsp cayenne pepper Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, honey and oil until smooth Then add vinegar and cayenne Continue whisking until well blended and smooth Store in fridge in airtight jar.
