In a medium sized mixing bowl: Cut the avocados into small chunks (1/2 cubes). Add the garlic - you can smash and chop it, put it through a garlic press, or (as I prefer) use a zester or very small grater and grate it right into the bowl. Add the zest of the lime. Add the juice of the lime. Add 1/2 cup of fresh chopped salsa (mild, medium or hot according to your preference), mostly drained (you want the veggies, not the juice). Add one teaspoon of hot sauce (I like Tabasco or Franks). Stir it all together until you have a nice chunky guacamole.

This recipe is quick and easy to make because I use the fresh chopped salsa (not the bottled stuff - the fresh salsa from the deli/cheese aisle). It has the tomatoes, onions, peppers and cilantro that I would otherwise have to prep individually. It's a great time saver.

If you want a little more heat, lime or garlic, add to desired taste. (I tend to use a little more of each - I start with the basics above, and then add to taste.)
