I Love Love Radishes! And i found this recipe for a dip , it has the right amount of kick to it ...

Ingredients For radish dip

  • 2 qt
    radishes, chopped
  • 2 c
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/8 c
    chives, dried
  • hot pepper sauce
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • salt and pepper

How To Make radish dip

  • 1
    Wash radishes and allow to dry. Roughly chop by hand or in a food processor. Beat together sour crm.,crm cheese, and chives. Combine with radishes. Add salt & pepper and hot sauce to taste.
