Requested dip at pot lucks and I never take home leftovers! I make this weekly on taco night and now cannot eat another taco without this wonderful topping! Enjoy!

Ingredients For guacamole ~ mexican approved

  • 2 - 3
    ripe avacados
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 md
    tomato
  • 1/2 c
    onion
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh or consentrate

How To Make guacamole ~ mexican approved

    Cut avacados in half and scoop out the inside. If you're planning on storing in the fridge until you use it, save the seed with the dip. It prolongs the browning stage.

    Chop the garlic and veggies to your liking.

    Add salt and lemon to taste.

    Optional: 1/2 cup Cilantro - I use it if I have it.
