Ingredients For cheesy spinach & bacon dip

1 pkgfrozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained

1 lbvelveeta cheese, cut in 1/2 inch cubes

4 ozphiladephia cream cheese, cubed

1 canrotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained

8 slicebacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
How To Make cheesy spinach & bacon dip

1Combine ingredients in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 5 min., or until Velveeta is completely melted & mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min. Serve w tortilla chips & cut up veggies.

2Also easy to do in a crock pot. Cook on low.
