Ingredients For avocado salsa

1 lbfresh tomatillos
-
3 clovefresh garlic
-
2avocados
-
1limes juiced
-
2 tspkosher salt
-
2jalapenos, fresh (seeded)

1 1/2 bunchcilantro, fresh

1/2red onion
How To Make avocado salsa

1Remove outer skin from tomatillos and quarter Add to blender
-
2Add red onion to blender
-
3Add jalapenos
-
4add peeled garlic cloves
-
5add cilantro to blender
-
6add salt to blender
-
7add lime juice
-
8and lastly add the avocado
-
9blend until smooth. adjust salt and heat as desired Allow it to chill for 2 hrs to thicken. Can be stored up to 1 week in fridge. Serve with chips, veggies or as a topping for burgers, chicken, etc.
