My daughter-in-law, Melissa, and I love beans and tuna. Since we are following Weight Watchers I created this salad to fit in our meal plan. It is filling and delicious! Each serving is 6 Points Plus.

Ingredients For tuna and garbonza bean salad

  • 12 oz
    canned tuna, packed in water, well drained
  • 15 oz
    can organic garbonza beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 c
    chopped red onion
  • 1/3 c
    chopped red and yellow bell pepper
  • 1/3 c
    reduced fat balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    chopped italian parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make tuna and garbonza bean salad

  • 1
    Mix ingredients tuna through lemon juice. May do several hours ahead.

    Just before serving add chopped patsley
