Ingredients For shrimp potato salad

4-5 ccubed, red potatoes (cooked)

1 bagshrimp (small or medium is fine)

2 Tbsplime juice

1 clovegarlic

1/2 ccelery, diced

1/4 cgreen onion, finely diced

1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 cmayonnaise (not miracle whip)

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspdry mustard

1/4 tspcrushed tarragon

1/4 tspwhite pepper
How To Make shrimp potato salad

1Rinse shrimp, mix with lime juice and chill.

2Rub salad bowl with garlic clove.

3Mix everything (but potatoes) well.

4Salt potatoes to tasted.

5Gently stir in potatoes.

6Refrigerate. This potato salad needs a few hours in the refrigerator for best taste.
