Ingredients For vineyard pasta

  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    oil (olive or vegetable)
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    poppy seads
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 8 oz
    pasta (any favorite), cooked and drained
  • 2 c
    any combination of: celery, green onions, cucumbers, carrots, bell pepper, radishes, mushrooms, zucchini, or broccoli

How To Make vineyard pasta

  • 1
    Combine vinegar, oil, and spices.

    Season to taste.

    Toss with pasta.

    Cover and chill 1 hour or more. Toss before serving.
