This is a delicious version of an egg salad sandwich with eggs, mustard, and dill with tomato slices and greens served on toasted bun.

Ingredients For dilled egg salad

  • 8
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 8
    spinach or lettuce leaves
  • tomatoes, sliced
  • toasted buns

How To Make dilled egg salad

  • 1
    Place all ingredients (except lettuce and tomatoes) into small bowl. Chop with pastry blender until well blended.

    Serve on toasted buns with lettuce (or spinach) leaves and tomato slices.
