I made this quick fix salad to go with my Hungry Man's Turkey Meat Ball Dinner, Garlic Bread & Quick Fix Spaghetti Sauce. It really is so simple, adding the ingredients you have on hand, then tossing them together. I prefer to make each salad separately, that way each person can add the ingredients they want to theirs. Then you add your favorite salad dressing and you have a quick fix salad in a flash. I didn't even take pictures of this as I went along but you can see the end results, it was a great side salad.

Now if you want to make a more elaborate salad Try this one. I used Genoa Salami in this one. But you can use any thin sliced Lunch meat you like. I am sure you understand why I call the salad above a quick fix salad, compared to these two. smile

You may even want to try one using chicken Roll, they are both impressive and so good. I love salad. As long as the meat is round and sliced thin you can create this salad. I give the steps in pictures to make it easier.
