If this salad is forgotten for the Thanksgiving - Christmas Holidays...whomever was in charge of making it is in the doghouse...lol! Everyone just loves it, and it takes a total of 5 minutes to throw it together. That's my kind of dessert. There are many variations of fruits you can add...I made mine fairly simple. My photos...

Ingredients For frozen cherry, pineapple delight

  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 lg
    can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 - 8 oz
    tubs, cool whip
  • 1 can
    cherry pie filling
  • mandarin oranges can also be used and nuts if preferred

How To Make frozen cherry, pineapple delight

    Drain pineapple. In a large bowl add the ingredients, stir well till everything is blended evenly. Spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Place in freezer overnight. Take out of the freezer about 10 minutes before ready to serve. Cut into squares and enjoy!
