    orange
  • 2 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 1-1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    apple, chopped
  • 1 stalk
    celery chopped
  • 1 sm
    pkg. lemon jello

How To Make fresh cranberry salad

    Peel orange. Discard white membrane. Put cranberries and orange rind through food chopper. Cover with sugar; let stand until sugar is dissolved. Add apple and celery. Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water; chill until thickened. Add fruit mixture. Pour into ring mold. Chill until firm. Makes 10 servings.
