Just like you'd pay $10 - $15 dollars for in a restaurant. Also really yummy if you substitute grilled chicken breast for the steak.

Measurements of ingredients will depend on how many salads you're making, you'll need 1/2 lb of steak per person, a handful of fries per person, 1/4 c. of cheese per person and 1 egg. Prepare the steak by seasoning with garlic and onion powders and salt & pepper. Let steak come to room temperature before cooking. While waiting for this, prepare your salad plate with a bed of lettuce, tomato chunks, diced onion, cucumber slices and hardboiled egg quarters. Bring an iron skillet (dry) up to medium high heat. Rub 1 t. of oil on both sides of steak and place in skillet. Cook to your preference, I like mine medium rare, which takes about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and allow to rest. While your steak is frying, deep fry your french fries and get them salted. Slice steak across the grain of the meat into 1/2 inch thick strips and place on top of lettuce. Place hot fries on top of the steak. Place cheese on top of the hot fries. Top with dressing.
