zesty ravioli salad

We love this wonderful salad and you can use any flavor toasted ravioli in it. it's a meal!

Ingredients For zesty ravioli salad

  • 1 pkg
    frozen toasted ravioli's (any flavor) i use louisa's from walmart
  • 6 c
    torn mixed salad greens
  • 1 c
    halved or quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 c
    torn fresh basil
  • 1/4 c
    bottled balsamic vinaigrette or italian vinaigrette
  • finely shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make zesty ravioli salad

  • 1
    On a cookie sheet bake frozen toasted ravioli's according to package directions. Let them cool slightly before adding to salad.

    Meanwhile, for salad, in a large bowl combine greens, tomatoes and basil. Add vinaigrette; toss to coat. Divide among serving plates. Top with raviol's. Sprinkle with cheese. Have additional viniagrette on the table. Makes 4 nice main dish servings.
