My family loves Pasta Salad and I am always looking and trying new recipes. This recipe is a sweet one but I have opted to use low fat when I can. Great in the summer and goes well with sandwiches on the weekend.

Ingredients For pasta salad

1 lbmacaroni, elbow

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1bell pepper,chopped

4carrots, shredded
-
1/2red onion, optional

2 cmayonnaise, light

1 cvinegar
-
1 cancondensed milk, low fat

1/4 csugar
How To Make pasta salad

1Cook macaroni, drain and cool.

2Mix bell pepper, carrots and onion with the macaroni.

3Mix well together milk, sugar, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and vinegar.

4Blend this mixture into the macaroni and vegatables, mix well.

5Chill for at lwast 2 hours or overnight. Mix well before serving.
