Ingredients For italian pasta salad

1 boxtri-colored rigatoni pasta, cooked and rinsed with cold water

1 canartichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 canblack olives, small, drained

1 jargreen olives, drained
-
1 ctomatoes, diced
-
6 ozcheddar cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
-
6 ozmonterey jack cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces

1 cpepperoni, diced
-
1 chard salami, diced
-
1 bottleitalian dressing (i prefer paul newman's)
How To Make italian pasta salad

1Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water till noodles are cooled.

2In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Add 1/2 the bottle of italian dressing. Refridgerate for atleast 1 hour before serving. Add the rest of the dressing when about to serve.

3This can also be made the night before. Infact, it's even better!!
