Ingredients For italian pasta salad

  • 1 box
    tri-colored rigatoni pasta, cooked and rinsed with cold water
  • 1 can
    artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can
    black olives, small, drained
  • 1 jar
    green olives, drained
  • 1 c
    tomatoes, diced
  • 6 oz
    cheddar cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 6 oz
    monterey jack cheese, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 c
    pepperoni, diced
  • 1 c
    hard salami, diced
  • 1 bottle
    italian dressing (i prefer paul newman's)

How To Make italian pasta salad

    Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water till noodles are cooled.

    In a large bowl, add all the ingredients. Add 1/2 the bottle of italian dressing. Refridgerate for atleast 1 hour before serving. Add the rest of the dressing when about to serve.

    This can also be made the night before. Infact, it's even better!!
