grandma schultz's party pasta salad

Found this in my mom's recipe box. She'd been making it for years quite differently than what my grandmother had written down. This is the original version in all it's glory. Only one of my cousins has complained so far. Mom's called for canned peas and loads of sugar and oil packed tuna with no celery onion or carrots. Yuck. It feeds about 50 people but it can be cut down of course.
