Ingredients For tofu salad

  • 1 pkg
    firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 1 can
    salmon or tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 lg
    tomato, diced
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    bean sprouts or alfafa sprouts
  • 1 bunch
    watercress, cut in 1-1/2" pieces
  • 1/2 c
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    salad oil
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil, optional

How To Make tofu salad

  • 1
    Layer ingredients in a pan in the following order: tofu, salmon, tomato, onion, sprouts, watercress and 1/4 cup green onions.

    In a small saucepan, combine salad oil, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add remaining green onions and pour dressing over tofu mixture before serving. Toss well.
