Ingredients For tofu salad

1 pkgfirm tofu, drained and cubed

1 cansalmon or tuna, drained and flaked

1 lgtomato, diced

1 smonion, chopped
-
1 pkgbean sprouts or alfafa sprouts

1 bunchwatercress, cut in 1-1/2" pieces

1/2 cgreen onions, chopped

1/2 csalad oil
-
3 clovegarlic, minced

3/4 csoy sauce
-
2 Tbspsesame oil, optional
How To Make tofu salad

1Layer ingredients in a pan in the following order: tofu, salmon, tomato, onion, sprouts, watercress and 1/4 cup green onions.

2In a small saucepan, combine salad oil, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add remaining green onions and pour dressing over tofu mixture before serving. Toss well.
