Ingredients For tofu salad

4 - 5firm tofu

1 stickcucumber / japanese cucumber (finely grated)

1onion (finely grated)
-
1tomato (finely grated)

oil to fry

4key limes juice

2red chilies (finely chopped)

1 clovegarlic (finely chopped)

1 Tbspblack pepper

1 tspsugar

1 pinchsalt
How To Make tofu salad

1Rub salt on t both sides of tofu. In a pan, heat oil over medium fire and fry tofu. Keep aside and let cool. Then, thinly slice the tofu.

2In a bowl, mix sliced tofu, cucumber, tomato and onion.

3In another separate bowl, whisk key lime juice, chopped red chillies, black pepper powder, chopped garlic and salt. Pour this mixture into the bowl containing tofu, cucumber, tomato and onion and mix well.

4Now, it is ready to be served.
