Ingredients For tofu salad

  • 4 - 5
    firm tofu
  • 1 stick
    cucumber / japanese cucumber (finely grated)
  • 1
    onion (finely grated)
  • 1
    tomato (finely grated)
  • oil to fry
  • INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING / SAUCE
  • 4
    key limes juice
  • 2
    red chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove
    garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 pinch
    salt

How To Make tofu salad

  • 1
    Rub salt on t both sides of tofu. In a pan, heat oil over medium fire and fry tofu. Keep aside and let cool. Then, thinly slice the tofu.

    In a bowl, mix sliced tofu, cucumber, tomato and onion.

    In another separate bowl, whisk key lime juice, chopped red chillies, black pepper powder, chopped garlic and salt. Pour this mixture into the bowl containing tofu, cucumber, tomato and onion and mix well.

    Now, it is ready to be served.
