We LOVE this. The taste is almost refreshing. Not one person has ever said they don't like it! Even though it makes a lot for a small household, it goes pretty fast because it's low in calories, high in fiber.

Ingredients For sweet low sugar coleslaw

  • 3 lb
    packaged coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    splenda blend (the one that's half sugar)

How To Make sweet low sugar coleslaw

    Put the coleslaw mix in a large bowl with lid. (I use an 8 quart bowl.)

    In small saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, celery seed, dry mustard, salt & Splenda Blend and bring to a boil.

    Pour the hot liquid over the coleslaw mix.

    Put the lid on the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
