This salad is one my father would make every Christmas as part of the family dinner. (Dad taught Mom to cook!) It is a favorite with most of our family. Hope your family enjoys it as well.

Ingredients For dad's salad (german cucumber salad)

2cucumbers

2bunches of radishes
-
1bunch of green onions
-
2 ptcottage cheese
-
2 ptsour cream
-
2 or 3 Tbspapple cider vinegar

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make dad's salad (german cucumber salad)

1Thin slice cucumbers and radishes in food processor if you have one. Easy way for me.

2Slice the green onions

3Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Plastic or glass is best. Add enough vinegar to your taste.

4Cover and refrigerate for THREE DAYS stirring each day. This gives all the flavors a chance to blend.

5Serve in small bowls. Delicious!
