No need to worry about unmolding this one. (I'm awful at unmolding gelatin salads, so this is right up my alley).

Ingredients For wine cherry supreme

1 can pitted dar cherries, drained, reserve juice, 16 oz

1 pkg. black cherry gelatin, 3 oz

1 cup port wine

topping:
-
1 cup heavy whipping cream
-
1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 3 oz
How To Make wine cherry supreme

1Bring reserved cherry juice to a boil in small pan. Add gelatin and dissolve. Add port wine land cherries. Pour gelatin mixture into 6 cup serving bowl, preferably glass.Chill until set

2Soak marshmallows in whipping cream for 2 hours

3Add cream cheese mixture to marshmallow mixture. Beat with electric mixer til whipped. Pour over gelatin and serve. Serves 8
