Ingredients For apricot jello salad

  • 6 oz pkg
    apricot or orange jello
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 20 oz can
    can crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 15 oz can
    apricot halves, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 8 oz
    cool whip

How To Make apricot jello salad

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • 2
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  • 3
    Add pineapple to jello and set aside.
  • 4
    Beat cream cheese and pineapple juice until smooth.
  • 5
    Stir in jello and chill until partly set, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in apricots and nuts.
  • 7
    Fold in Cool whip and spread into 9x13 inch pan.
