Ingredients For strawberry balsamic dressing

  • 2 c
    fresh chopped strawberries
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground black pepper

How To Make strawberry balsamic dressing

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Whisk well before serving. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
