I like this dressing because it doesn't taste just like mayo. I use light miracle whip, have never tried it with regular.

How To Make layered salad

  • 1
Cook bacon until crispy, set aside. Thaw peas in the microwave, set aside to cool.
  • 2
Chop or slice, I prefer sliced, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion. Chop the celery.
  • 3
Layer in large bowl or container lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, onion, peas. It doesn't have to be in that exact order, but that's how I do it.

Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients, use season salt and pepper to your taste. Spread on top of layered salad. Top with shredded cheddar, again your preference. Chop cooled bacon and add to top. Chill
