    flaked cooked crabmeat or 2 pkgs. fully-cooked(6-oz. each) frozen crabmeat thawed and drained
  • 1 c
    chopped tomato
  • 1 c
    sliced cucumber
  • 1/3 c
    sliced red onion
  • 1/4 c
    non-fat salad dressing or mayo
  • 1/4 c
    low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    skim milk
  • 2 tsp
    chopped fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
  • 1
    clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 8 c
    torn, washed, stemmed spinach leaves

How To Make crab spinach salad with tarragon dressing

    Combine crab meat, tomato, cucumber and onion in medium bowl.

    Combine salad dressing (or mayo), sour cream, parsley, milk, tarragon, garlic and hot pepper sauce in small bowl.

    Line four salad plates with spinach. Place crabmeat mixture on spinach; drizzle with dressing.
