Ingredients For lemon blueberry chicken salad

1 1/4 c(10 ounces) lowfat lemon flavored yogurt

2 Tbspreduced fat mayonnaise

2 cfresh or frozen blueberries

2 ccubed cooked chicken breasts

3/4 csliced celery (about 3 stalks)

1/2 cthinly sliced green onions (about 6)

1/2 cdiced red bell pepper

salt to taste

freshly ground black pepper to taste
How To Make lemon blueberry chicken salad

1In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and mayonnaise. Mix in blueberries (saving a few for garnish) chicken, celery, green onions and bell pepper. Mix gently.

2Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate to let flavors blend for at least 30 minutes.
