1 lgred or green pepper

1 lgavacado

1 mdonion

4 smchicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 bottlebalsamic vinegarette dressing

1 cpanko bread crumbs (seasoned)

1/4 colive oil / grapeseed oil
How To Make crunchy chicken salad

1Pre-heat oil in skillet on low-medium heat.

2Dip moist chicken breast into panko bread crumbs and coat well. Cook coated chicken breast in skillet until golden brown on both sides.

3Toss salad greens, red or green pepper, avacado, onion in bowl.

4Once chicken breast are done, cool and slice and arrange over individual salads.

5Finish with balsamic vinegrette dressing (such as Newman's Own).
